For orders shipped to the U.S. or internationally, your print(s) should arrive in 7 to 10 days from the order date, give or take.

For orders shipped within Canada, your print(s) should arrive within 5 to 7 days from the order date, give or take. 

Refunds are not accepted except in the unlikely instance that your print has been damaged in transit (see Question 3 below for details). 

Precautions are taken to ensure your print arrives in tip-top condition. However, in the instance that your print is damaged in transit, please send an email over to bigbigshorts.info@gmail.com with proof (pictures) of the damage so steps can be taken to resolve this problem via a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving your print.
